Refund Policy:

In case of cancellation made up to 15 days prior to the bike purchase date, a 10% processing charge will be levied on the net amount before refunding. No refunds can be made for cancellations done less than 15 days prior to the bike purchase date. All refunds will be processed after the conclusion. All refund will be made manually through cheques/ DD/Banker’s Cheques and transaction costs (if any) will be borne by the payer.If it is electronically payment done from you, We will refund the amount within 15-20 working days.


We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your loan purchase, if 30 days have passed since your loan purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
